HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Depending on the age of the athlete and the Level of the System you decide to invest in, you’re looking at where between 3,000.00 and 4500.00 per year for Level II Ball Players

This is not a short cut. And though we start new development years every June when High School Baseball Ends, our most successful athletes train year round, changing focuses and frequency slightly once in-season; but returning to a full training schedule once the season ends.
Your athlete can NEVER stop Training for strength, speed, power or mobility, any more than he could stop swinging the bat or throwing the ball
WILL LIFTING WEIGHTS MAKE MY ATHLETE BULKY AND TIGHT?
No contrary to popular belief strength & weights in general do not make athletes tight, poor ranges of motion, poorly selected and executed exercises and NOT strength training causes athletes to develop muscular imbalances that are the real reason athletes get tight and eventually injured.
