Tomiwa came to us with one major goal in mind. He wanted to get vertical, and ABOVE the rim, so he could slam it down. He needed a strength & conditioning program designed to put on lean muscle mass and generate the power and speed he needed to elevate his body.

After 6 weeks of Pro level Strength & Conditioning; built with the goal of Increasing his Vertical Jump – he was able to 360 Dunk… With ease…

His program involved 2-3 Days of varying resistance training; and 1-2 days of dynamic effort and mechanic efficiency & movement training; along with extensive work on postural alignment, and flexibility for the thoracic spine. The results were Undeniable.
