The Broad Jump takes into account the athletes ability to transfer explosive power into forward momentum.

Further more it shows the athletes ability to absorb energy and decelerate as the landing requires the athlete to slow him or herself down after an explosive burst to “stick” the landing.

This graph represents the compounding potential risk of injury resulting from the athlete Internal Shoulder Rotation capabilities, Internal Hip Rotational Capacity and the Athletes Hip Extension Capability.

The athletes were given a pas fail grade; as such, one point was given for each fail grade, and a negative point was given for a pass. The resulting graph shows if your athlete is more likely to experience an injury or less likely, the more points the athlete was given the more likely he is to be at risk for a joint based injury.
