THIS PHYSICS BASED SYSTEM IS KNOWN AS, THE "CONJUGATE SYSTEM"

In it's simplest Form, it is a system of Rotating Training Methods that focus on Higher Forces and Increased Velocities, in a way that will allow the athlete to adapt without over training, and ultimately Result in him producing more power.
