I started training with josh when I was a freshman in high school, I was 105 pounds. With working with josh for 2 years I gained 30 pounds of lean muscle! In result of the explosive and endurance based training I became stronger from my lower body up, helping me Achieve greater velocity behind my fastball while having a more explosive delivery.
