At S8 we have three primary program tracks. Speed & Power, Complete Performance, and Team Strength & Conditioning. For individual athletes Speed & Power Serves as a foundation to human performance; where as Complete Performance takes into account all Aspects of the athletes development.

Both offer multiple classes & training sessions to develop key areas of athletes performance; and both are divided into developmental levels appropriate for the athletes ability, age and physical status
