We specialize in the development of baseball, soccer, football, and softball athletes, to include speed training, mobility training & therapy, strength development, power development, and skill development.

Baseball

S8’s Baseball Training Program can deliver results in just 4-6 weeks! We start the conditioning and training process at its core: improving the physical strength and condition of the athlete first and foremost. This ensures a strong, bullet-proof base upon which an athlete can build necessary skills like pitching, batting, and other positions pertinent to bringing the team to a win! Once that base is developed through strength training and conditioning, we work to develop and perfect the athlete’s skill.

Softball

It only takes seconds to win a game. S8’s Softball Training Program is designed to amplify the power needed to make this a reality. Many sports-specific programs do not meet the precise conditioning needs of softball athletes, but S8 offers a valuable approach to softball conditioning, strength, and velocity training. We focus on the physical strength and condition of the athlete first and foremost to ensure a strong, bullet-proof base upon which the athlete can build skills like pitching, batting, and other positions pertinent to bring the team to a win!

SoCCER

The science of the force-velocity curve helps prepare soccer players for the intensity of the game. S8 combines this concept to a key in-depth training program designed to build the core of the athletes themselves. Different muscle actions and groups have anatomical properties that cause many soccer coaches to ineffectively train their athletes, putting the players at risk for injury. At S8, we not only focus on increasing the speed and agility of your soccer player. We also focus on building up their core strength to be able to perform better and use proper techniques to reduce the risk of injury.

FOOTBALL

Strength training is an essential part of any football training program, but training should not stop there. While many teams incorporate several other training styles into the training for their football players, one key component of a fully fleshed-out program is force-velocity curve training. The force-velocity curve training methods help prepare football players for the intensity of the game. AT S8, we combine this concept to a key in-depth training program designed to build the core of the athletes themselves.
